All Leisure Holidays Ltd
Following the cessation of trading at All Leisure Holidays Ltd (trading under Swan Hellenic cruises and Voyages of Discovery cruises), this guidance is provided on the protections available to customers who have purchased travel or a holiday package using a credit and/or debit card.
Where a booking is a holiday package including a flight element, customers can pursue their claims for a refund as follows. If payment was made with:
- only a debit card: they are asked to go to the Civil Aviation Authority’s (CAA) website for details on how they can progress their claim here.
- both a debit and credit card: they are asked to go to the CAA website for details on how they can progress their claim for the amounts paid on their debit and credit card here.
- only a credit card: they are asked to contact their credit card issuer on how to progress their refund claim. Customers will also need to include the credit card issuer letter that can be found on the CAA website here.
For bookings that do not include a flight element, customers should contact ABTA who have set up a dedicated page here which provides guidance for customers on what they can claim for and how to make a claim.
The brand names that were trading under All Leisure Holidays Ltd and are affected by its failure are Swan Hellenic cruises (on the Minerva cruise ship) and Voyages of Discovery cruises (on the Voyager cruise ship).
